The growth phase is one of the most sensitive phases in a cat’s life. Kittens need about 12 months to grow up. Kittens in the 1st stage of development (1-4 months) have special nutritional needs that need to be kept in mind. Growing kitten then move into a phase where a new diet is introduced, this stage is called withdrawal.
